Upload your Photograph and/or Video Resume along with your Resume.

Photograph
A photograph says a thousand words!  Submit a photograph with your resume.  A clear head and shoulder professional photograph should be submitted; remember that you are seeking employment – this is not for the purpose of dating, or connecting socially.

We suggest that you smile in your photograph, it tells a lot about you; it shows self-confidence; a positive outlook and gives prospective employers the feeling that you enjoy what you do.

Video Resume
This is not a time to be shy, or feel intimidated about making a video.  If what you are currently doing is not getting you interviews, then it is time to try something different.

A video resume is a short sales pitch about why an employer should hire you. Keep the sales pitch professional, describing your skills and qualifications. If done right it can be a useful tool in assisting you to market yourself to prospective employers.

The video should not be more than two minutes long and should be used as a supplement to your paper resume.  Any digital video camera or web camera will work.

For your security and privacy, the photo will only be seen by PAID employer subscribers, and NOT by casual visitors.
