Your resume provides the very first impression of you to a prospective employer. If you are interested in obtaining a job we ask that you read the following and update your resume/profile accordingly: 1. Prospective employers are not interested in out-of-date resumes; if they see a lack of current information, they will move on to the next applicant’s resume. 2. It is important that you double check for typos and misspellings. Make sure your telephone number and email address is correct. 3. Register only in the “Job Seekers” section. 4. When submitting your resume, please upload it in Word or Text only. Our system works best when you upload your information in a Word document. 5. Be sure to put the correct Job Title (i.e. Secretary, Bookkeeper, Housekeeper, etc.); this makes it easier for employers to find you. 6. You must complete ALL forms in its entirety, especially when constructing your resume online. The selections for employment are determined by the information you provide. 7. For security reasons, do not include references with names, addresses and telephone numbers of individuals – instead put “References available upon request”. Make sure your contact information is not included in the body of the resume. In addition, it is not necessary to include a cover letter. 8. Please upload your resume once. |
